AMC-ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
We undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for our clients in order to help them maintain their existing infrastructure. We are well equipped to provide Operation and Maintenance Support at the sites built by us for our clients as well as for those built by others.
Operations & Maintenance of Telecommunication Network can be briefly classified into two types:
PM: Preventive maintenance is aimed at reducing the risk of faults and at maintaining the predetermined tolerance limits.
CM: Corrective maintenance consists of activities for correcting any faults which occur. Faults may be, for example detected by alarms, complaints from customer or from checks during preventive maintenance work. Any faults met with are reported to the operating statistics system.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance is carried out as defined by the SLA / SOW.
Deployment of O&M (FRT) Team
Deployment of O&M Teams to carry out Splicing and Termination of Optical Fiber Cable.
The maintenance of OFC Routes on regular i.e., 24*7 Maintenance service is to be provided and therefore in the event of any emergencies, we will crew to attend to such work. Scope of work shall include routine OFC Maintenance, Breakdown OFC Maintenance.
These FRT teams are available 24Hr, 12Hr or 10Hr with all the required equipment as specified by the customer.
Our FRT Team has a splicer, Asst. splicer and 1 helper or as defined by customers.
FRT team carry splicing machine, OTDR, power meter & supporting tools.
Trouble Shooting in Faulty Analysis:
We undertake to provide online/onsite support for trouble shooting effects which are caused on account of Multiple dynamic network conditions such as device failures and congested links duly effecting the network performance and causing disruptions in the course of prolonged utilization of broadband Internet access which is vital and many people inclined to utilize this broadband Internet.
